Booking privacy

Startups & Code uses your name, email, meeting time, and optional note to arrange your intro call. Avoid including confidential client information in the note.

Google Calendar receives your meeting details and sends invitations. Google Meet provides the meeting link. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies booking submissions. Calendar availability is checked privately; event titles and attendees are not shown to visitors.

Your management link grants access to this booking. Keep it private. Booking records are retained for up to 30 days after the meeting or cancellation once the scheduled cleanup runs. Unresolved operations are retained until reviewed to avoid losing a booking. Google Calendar records follow your calendar settings.
